Launch Fulfillment Notice
Due to the overwhelming support received during our launch, order volumes may be higher than anticipated. As a result, please allow up to 7–10 business days for order processing and fulfillment before your order ships.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order has shipped, standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
During product launches, holidays, promotional events, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, shipping and delivery may take longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The District Water is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The District Water is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues. We will gladly assist whenever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with photographs of the product and packaging so we can review your request.
