Launch Fulfillment Notice
Due to the overwhelming support received during our launch, order volumes may be higher than anticipated. As a result, please allow up to 7–10 business days for order processing and fulfillment before your order ships.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order has shipped, standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
During product launches, holidays, promotional events, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, shipping and delivery may take longer.
Tracking Your Order

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The District Water is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues. We will gladly assist whenever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with photographs of the product and packaging so we can review your request.

At The District Water, we are committed to providing premium-quality products. Due to the nature of our bottled water products and for the health and safety of our customers, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order has been purchased or delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to review your claim.
If the issue is determined to be the result of our error or damage during delivery, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
